Family Pictures at Holland Ridge Farms – NJ Photographer

Meet Max. He is 5 years old, as cute as can be, and loves lollipops! Who doesn’t, right? He has the sweetest personality and an adorable smile.  Max is on the autism spectrum. Although, this family has been with me for portraits in the past, Max still needs a little time from me to earn his trust. I spoke to Max gently, praised him for being such a good boy, and showed him the back of my camera from time to time. I never force poses so if Max wasn’t ready than we gave him more time to explore. Max was amazing and I am so grateful for the lessons he teaches me each time I take his portraits and his family’s pictures.

Max is one lucky boy, he has three older siblings who are incredible with him. The moments they shared while visiting Holland Ridge Farms were enough to fill a Mama’s heart.  Charlie was as sweet as ever by playing with Max in a row of tulips, Vallen being incredibly patient and snuggling up to Max while he sat in a wooden chair, and Natalie scooping Max up and letting him sit on her knee.

 

 

My goal is to make all of my clients feel comfortable with me, especially my little clients. It isn’t always easy for children and let’s be honest, or adults to feel comfortable in front of the camera. As a small business owner and photographer, it’s always my intention to learn about each of my clients, their family and their needs prior to the shoot. If you have been meaning to update your child’s pictures, family portraits, or have a beach vacation planned along the Jersey Shore, Ocean City or Stone Harbor, but have been putting it off for some reason call or email me. I would love to learn about your family and put your worries as ease. There is no reason for you not to have updates pictures of your loved ones. These are our treasured moments.
